Temperate Deciduous Forest in Korean Peninsula

The Korean Peninsula is made up of Temperate deciduous forests ​​that are located in the mid-latitude areas between the tropics and polar regions. The deciduous forest regions are exposed to both warm and cold air masses and accordingly followed by four seasons. The temperature in this biome varies widely from season to season with cold winters and hot, wet summers. Due to their global position, temperate forests receive about 75-150 cm of precipitation every year. Throughout the four seasons, this biome experiences, temperatures can range from -1°C to -30° C in the winter and 27°C to 32°C in the summer. While the average temperature is about 10°C.
